Chenco TriGlobal Ventures Limited is a partnership between Chenco RedRock Management, LLC ("CRRM") and TriGlobal Capital Partners, LLC ("TriGlobal"). CRRM and its parent, Chenco Holdings Co., LLC, have been investing in U.S. real estate since 1991. CRRM currently controls US$13.8 billion in US properties through its subsidiaries. CRRM manages all the properties for all related funds.  Investments are made via Special Purpose Vehicles. 

Average historial returns (project-level) are 25.1% from 1996 to date(inclusive of results during the Financial Crisis); and 30.7% from 2011 to date.
