Derek Chen, 64, is the founder of the Chenco Group, one of the largest real estate investment companies operated by ethnic Chinese in the US with over $10 billion in assets under management. Mr. Chen holds both a master degree in real estate and a master in business administration degree from the University of Wisonsin Madison.
Fernando Bensuaski, 74, is a co-founder of Chenco TriGlobal and a managing director of several Chenco Group companies. Mr. Bensuaski was an advisor to the World Economic Forum in Geneva, lectured at universities in the US, China and Taiwan, and has operated in multiple countries. He holds a degree in Physics and completed graduate-level programs in banking and management.
Justin Hsu, 35, is a managing director at various Chenco companies, overseeing all internal operations and investments of the group. He holds degrees from UC Berkeley and Cornell.
Eric Liang, 32, is a director of Chenco TriGlobal and a Portfolio Manager at Chenco. Bi-cultural and bi-lingual, Mr. Liang holds degrees in economics, finance and management from Seattle University and the University of San Diego.
Stella Du, 34, joined Bensuaski & Co., a Chenco affiliate in Shanghai as an analyst and relationship manager. Previously, she worked at LVMH and ManuLife. She holder bachelor and master degrees in Finance from Shanghai University.
